Read Online Usage

  1. Navigate to https://www.blue360media.com/customer/account/login/
  2. Login using the Blue360 Media account you purchased your books with or the account that was assigned a book.
  3. Navigate to the “My Account” section by clicking the “My Account” link in the upper center of the page.
  4. Navigate to the “My eBooks” section by clicking the “My eBooks” link of the upper left side of the page.
  5. From here you can download a copy of your eBook if the status is “Available” or you may click the “Read” link in order to open the web version of the Blue360 Media app.

Mobile App Usage

Download the app on your mobile phone

To make things easy open this page from your mobile device and tap on the link. If this is not possible see the next list of instructions.

  1. Click the link below that corresponds to the mobile device you have. This should open the App Store directly to the Blue360 Media app page.
  2. Follow your platforms normal steps to install the app. For iPhone/iPad tap the “Get” button and for android tap “Install”.

If you cannot open this link on your mobile device then follow these
steps.

  1. Open the App Store on iPhone/iPad or Google Play Store on Android.
  2. Search “Blue360 Media”
  3. Tap on the first app in the list with the name “Blue360 Media”4.
  4. Follow your platforms normal steps to install the app. For iPhone/iPad tap the “Get” button and for android tap “Install”.

Download and Using

Download an eBook

Follow these steps to download an ebook.

  1. Navigate to https://www.blue360media.com/customer/account/login/
  2. Login using the Blue360 Media account you purchased your books with or the account that was assigned a book.
  3. Navigate to the “My Account” screen by clicking on the “My Account” tab at the top of any page.
  4. Navigate to the “My eBooks” section by clicking on the “My eBooks” tab at the left of the “My Account” page.
  5. Click the “Download” action to the right of the book you wish to download.

Important: Blue360° Media eBooks are in .ePub format. If you need to
access your eBook on a kindle (.mobi), please contact your Blue360°
media account representative at 1-844-599-2887.


Using an eBook

You can use your eBook on any reader you choose, and on any device you choose, but for best results, we recommend you use Adobe Digital Editions. If you don’t already have the Adobe Digital Editions reader installed on your device please follow these steps.

  1. Visit https://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html in your browser.
  2. Download the installer appropriate for your platform, e.g., if you have a windows computer click the windows link titled something like "4.5.11 Windows (8.24 MB)".
  3. The download will appear at the bottom left of most browsers, otherwise, you will need to navigate to your downloads folder and find a file named ADE_4.5_Installer . Double click this file and follow the prompts.
  4. Once you have finished the installation process, you can double click the epub file that you downloaded from Blue360° Media. This will be in your downloads folder on your computer. Please see the "Download an eBook" section for details on how to obtain an epub
    file.

FAQ's

1. When I assign an eBook to someone how can they access the book/app?

Once you assign an eBook to another user an account is created for them using the email you provide. The user will receive an email from us alerting them of their newly assigned book and with directions to set up a password to login and view their eBook.

2. Do I need a specific program to read my eBooks?

To read your E-book you will need to use an E-book reader software. You can use your eBook on any reader you choose and on any device you choose, but for best results we recommend you use Adobe Digital Editions. If you do not already have the Adobe Digital Editions reader installed on your device, please follow these steps.

  1. Visit https://www.adobe.com/solutions/ebook/digital-editions/download.html in your browser.
  2. Download the installer appropriate for your platform, e.g., if you have a windows computer click the windows link titled something like "4.5.11 Windows (8.24 MB)".

3. If I purchased multiple copies, Do I have to assign out all those copies at once?

No, you can assign eBooks from your order individually as needed or all at once.

4. How can I pay my invoice on-line?

To pay your invoice on-line you can click the “Make a payment” link at the bottom of webpage or you can go to https://www.blue360media.com/outstandinginvoice. Once there you would need to enter your invoice number into the search box to pull up your invoice and make your payment.

5. The link in my welcome email to create a password has expired/ I did not receive or lost my welcome email. How do I set a password?

To send another link to set your password, visit https://www.blue360media.com/ and click the “Sign In” link from the top right corner of the page. From here you would click the link beneath the login page that says, “Forgot Your Password?”. Enter the email address associated with your account and click “Reset My Password”. You should receive and email with a link to set your password.

NOTE: If you did not receive your password reset email make sure to check your spam or junk folder as it may have been auto filtered there.

6. I want to read my eBook on a kindle, how do I get a compatible eBook file?

Blue360° Media eBooks are in. ePub format. If you need to access your eBook on a kindle (.mobi format), please contact your Blue360° media account representative at 1-844-599-2887 to help with getting the correct file type for you.

7. If I only purchase one book, can more than one person use the eBook and app?

The eBooks are not shareable. If you would like to give access to another person you would need to purchase and assign a copy to that user.

8. What if I purchase a book & eBook ’s and that person no longer works here, Can I reassign the eBook?

Once you have assigned a user an eBook it becomes theirs, we cannot un-assign an eBook from a user once it has been transferred.

9. How long will it take to get my product and how do I track the shipment?

If you chose Standard UPS shipping or are shipping USPS to a PO box, your order will typically arrive within 5-7 days depending on your location. Once your item ships you will receive an email with the tracking information for you package.

10. I tried to pay on-line but my address does not match, and it would not let me change it. How Can I fix this?

When paying your invoice on-line, there is a check box beneath the payment information that says “Use Billing Address From Order” that is checked by default. To use a different address, you can uncheck the box and enter you billing address for your payment method manually.

11. How can I update the email for my on-line account?

To update your email on-line visit https://www.blue360media.com/ and sign into your account using the “Sign In link from the upper right-hand corner of the page. Once logged in click on the “My Account” tab from the top of the page. From here you will see an option under your contact information that says edit. Click this option and check the box for change email. Enter your new email address and your current password to confirm your change.

12. I cannot see my eBooks, where can I find them?

To access your eBooks, log in to your account at https://www.blue360media.com/ using the account used to purchase your eBooks order that you were assigned an eBook to. Once logged in click on the “My Account” tab from the top of the page. From here on the left-hand side of the page, click the tab that says, “My eBooks.” From here you can read, download or assign your eBooks to another user.

13. Where can I mail a paper copy of my purchase order?

14. How do I know if I am already on subscription/ How can I check if I am on subscription on the website?

Currently, you are not able to see subscription status on-line. If you are on an auto-ship subscription (now called First Access) You will receive an email to the address linked to your First Access subscription notifying you of you upcoming order about a month prior to the new edition release.

15. When I send in a check, why don’t I receive a paid invoice? I know it has been cashed, but I am still getting an invoice.

We do not automatically send paid invoices for check payments sent by mail. You can view the payment status of your invoice by visiting https://www.blue360media.com/outstandinginvoice and entering your invoice number

16. Can I upload the eBooks on our MDT’s?

Yes, you certainly can! Your Mobile Data Terminal just needs to be capable of reading eBook files or have an E-book reader software installed.
